Eligibility
- Open to hospital capacity management professionals actively involved in hospital capacity planning, bed management, or patient flow optimization
- Demonstrated sustained excellence and innovation in capacity management practices
- Contributions recognized by peers and leadership for improving hospital operational efficiency
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in capacity management or related fields
- Nominations can be submitted by colleagues, supervisors, or self-nominated
- Must be a current HCMC member
